Payment terms

 

Payment Options

* All accounts require full payment at order time except credit accounts under net terms. Apply here for a corporate credit account.
* All credit accounts require company formal purchase order at order time and require payment as stated in the net terms.
* Forms of payment accepted are Money Order, Cashier's Check, Company Check, Direct Wire Transfer, Paypal, Cash and Major Credit Cards (Billing same as ship to - No Amex)
  * Credit cards - only Discover Visa and Master Card are accepted.
* Only US issued cards are accepted with ship to same as bill to address. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone at (510) 264-9395 and via our online billing or via paypal.
* Mailed payments accepted are Company check, Cashier's check, and Money order. Mailing address 1930 West Winton Ave Suite 12 Hayward CA, 94545, USA. (No cash or personal checks) All mailed payments must be in US currency.
* Walk-in payments accepted are all of the above as well as cash and ATM's. For ATM's and Credit Cards proper picture ID is required.

Warranties / Returns

 
* All brand new items are sold with a 30day DOA warranty and returnable within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee.
* All used items are sold with a 15day DOA warranty and not returnable unless replacements are not available.
* All ASIS items are sold with no warranty and are not returnable.
* All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Tampering with any warranty label or user induced damage such as electrical short due to improper connectivity, forcing open sealed items, running processors without proper cooling, scratches on PC boards LCD's  or others due to improper handling will void any and all warranty.
* DOA warranty starts from the day you receive your item.
* All items have their serial numbers recoded and must match our records when returned.
* No return will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA # and return instructions fill out our quick and easy online RMA form .
* All returns must be received by us within 10 days from the date of the RMA # issue.

  * All data sensitive material either purchased, liquidated, or received under our recycling programs will automatically go through our Data Purging System.
